Shipping

Our shipping rates are based on size and weight.

Multiple items will be packaged together when possible to save on shipping costs. We make every effort to keep shipping costs low.
In order to hold shipping costs down we reserve the right to ship using the lowest cost carrier.

To see the actual shipping cost of an order you must register and go to checkout .
Update: We have added a temporary user account so that you may see the shipping costs.

The shipping address of the temp account is set to Seattle, WA. Our warehouse is located in Springfield, MO
Once you are logged in you may edit the address info to your zipcode to get a more accurate estimate. Remember to log off and register with your real information before placing an order or we won't know who to ship it to.

UPDATE !!! We have just been made aware of a limitation of 150 lbs. per shipment.
If you can not select a shipping method and see a message telling you to contact the store this is because the order weighs more than 150 lbs.
The weight limit is set by the carrier (UPS & USPS), we have no control over it.
If you wish to place an order exceeding the limit, you may contact us first or place 2 or more smaller orders and we will either issue a special discount code or a refund for the added shipping cost. We do not feel you should be charged for their limitation!

* Most orders begin processing within 48 business hours, however we request that you allow up to five business days during busy times. Currently it takes 3 to 5 days before an order ships. Use the map below to find the time in transit to your area.

* Return Items - Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded. If the item is defective outside the normal product quality then we will gladly replace or refund the item.

* All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within three (3) business days after your shipment was received.

* Supply and Back Orders: We consistently endeavor to process all orders as soon as they are received. It is possible that we could run out of stock on a specific item(s). Should this occur, we will not backorder the item, but rather deduct it from your order.

* Remember to allow extra time during the holidays and for delays caused by weather.
